Shipping & Payment Policy

1. First Order Non-Delivery

If a customer does not receive their first order (for any reason) after it has been shipped, an advance payment will be required for the second shipment:

• Orders up to 300g: Rs. 500 advance
• Orders above 300g: Rs. 1000 advance

2. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses will not be shipped until the customer provides a valid address.

If the customer still requests delivery to the incomplete/incorrect address, shipment will only be made with customer’s consent and advance payment:

• Orders up to 300g: Rs. 500 advance
• Orders above 300g: Rs. 1000 advance

3. Village Address

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for village addresses.
• Orders can only be shipped if:
  • The customer provides a proper city address, OR
  • The customer agrees to self-collect the parcel from the nearest courier office (full advance payment required).
• If the customer insists on village delivery, the order will be shipped via Pakistan Post with:
  • Full advance payment + extra delivery charges.

4. Hostel or University Address

All orders with hostel or university addresses require advance payment:

• Orders up to 300g: Rs. 500 advance
• Orders above 300g: Rs. 1000 advance

5. Self-Collection Orders

For orders marked as self-collection from the courier office, full advance payment is mandatory.

6. Customized Orders

Custom orders are available. To request customization, please contact us on Instagram: @zamzam.organics .

For all customized orders, full advance payment is required.

7. Orders Above Rs. 5000

If the total order value exceeds Rs. 5000, the customer must pay Rs. 1000 in advance.

Important Note

Advance payments are non-refundable if the order is not received by the customer.
