Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy:-

At Zam Zam Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. When Can You Request a Refund or Exchange?
1.1 You can request a refund or exchange only if:
  1.1.1 The product is defective, or
  1.1.2 You received the wrong product.
1.2 You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
1.3 Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Apply for a Refund or Exchange
2.1 Contact our support team and provide pictures/videos clearly showing the issue.
2.2 Once approved, you will be asked to return the product to Zam Zam Organics.
2.3 After receiving the returned product, we will either:
  2.3.1 Send you a replacement, or
  2.3.2 Issue your refund.

3. Courier Charges
3.1 We will cover courier charges up to Rs. 200.
3.2 You must share the courier slip as proof.
3.3 Without the slip, courier charges will not be reimbursed.

4. Refund Method
4.1 Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
4.2 Refunds can be sent via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

5. Important Note
5.1 Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if you simply do not like the taste of the product.
