Refund & Exchange Policy;-

At Zam Zam Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. When Can You Request a Refund or Exchange?

  • You can request a refund or exchange only if:

    • The product is defective, or

    • You received the wrong product.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Apply for a Refund or Exchange

  • Contact our support team and provide pictures/videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Once approved, you will be asked to return the product to Zam Zam Organics.

  • After receiving the returned product, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement, or

    • Issue your refund.

3. Courier Charges

  • We will cover courier charges up to Rs. 200.

  • You must share the courier slip as proof.

  • Without the slip, courier charges will not be reimbursed.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds can be sent via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

5. Important Note

  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if you simply do not like the taste of the product.
